Process descriptions
A one man company obviously doesn't need clearly documented process descriptions. In any case, the owner can make a decision to deviate from the process and has to explain this only to himself. However, in order to show the importance and the usefulness of process descriptions, I have decided to manage all work via published process descriptions, also to show transparency towards my clients.
These descriptionscan at any time be improved based on new insights. They will be maintained in the new and improved version the moment the improvement is implemented.
